I like that video. I’m physiotherapist. And, I have to say, that all I see is: exercises taken from yoga. Another thing, what is important – these exercises should be made without shoes, there will be more balance -> what causes more tension and work from our muscles, because sole gives stability. To train your “core” well we need to do as much instable as it’s possible :-)
Take care. And…I love your movies ;)

The clip title says ‘how to warm up like a pro’. Sorry if this is obvious or has already been asked, but are these exercises you should do before cycling and how long should a session last?

pretty much yoga… u should mention to inhale on the way up & exhale on the way down, always keeping the deep breathing.

Surprisingly yoga-like — as a regular practitioner, I think these could be very nicely integrated into a yoga routine.

Is it better to hold a stretch for longer, but only do it a couple of times, or to hold a stretch for a shorter time but repeat the process more? I’m not that flexible so is holding a stretch for too long and being uncomfortable possibly increasing a chance of injury? Great video and find it really useful to add to my daily routine
